High quality sushi and great customer service. Went for a sushi class! They gave us sushi making kits and taught us all about fish. Super fun!

First Class Service with Every Visit. Worth the 410 Mile Drive to enjoy some calamari with ranch dressing and a little ketchup held back just for me. I made many visits treating them to roasted shelled peanuts from our Farms located in Eastern New Mexico and sometimes apple jelly from rare apple trees of West Texas . U can't beat the service provided by bartenders David and Eddie. They have a permanent first class place in my Rolodex of the Mind. Guaranteed you will never be disappointed.

The menu is disgusting. This is a hipster joint where they wanted to reinvent sushi in a terrible way in the most overpriced manner possible. It appears the bad features of Bishop Arts are leaking out into the rest of the city.

The rice was stale and overcooked. When mentioned to the staff, the manager did not even stop by to apologize or offer a refund. The price is too high for the quality of food and service ($$$ price rating). Additionally, there was a very odd mix of music playing, occasionally louder than normal, switching from rock to trance, then to radio's top 40, then back trance. With so many sushi spots around, it's easy to avoid this one.

The service was absolutely the worst. Any time we asked for something (in a nice way, and such as a menu for all people), they looked at us as if they are doing us a favor. We were given 2 menus for 8 people. The wait staff was inattentive, missing dishes and drinks, bringing the wrong food. The best person from the staff was Tony (he was our bus boy). The food was great though.

Came here for a date night. We sat at the bar, and I asked for a "decent" bottle of cold sake to go with dinner. The sushi was ok, sake was okay, both nothing to write home about.I was shocked to see that "decent" bottle of sake cost me $400. What a way to give the middle finger to your customers. Will never, ever go back.

While walking I found this sushi spot and thought I would give it a go. So glad I did. Quiet around 8pmish. Waiter and host were very personable and very polite. Ordered the Sake Flight and my friend order the tuna tower or something like that from sushi menu. She mentioned it was really good. I went to get a little tipsy. People around us was having a great time and those at the bar was on chill mode. Not certain where you would park though, but would ask in case they validate any garages nearby. I like the swag of this place. You need to duck off for a bit? For certain, stop in for a little minute and relax. Wine specials are legit.

Steel has great food. I go often for lunch. Usually pretty quiet in there which is good (but probably not good for them). The bento boxes are great. One thing they need to do for lunch is probably hire one more waiter as the service can be slow--which thus may limit them as a lunch favorite for many.

Wasn’t impressed! This was our first visit to this restaurant and it will be our last! Service was horrible and our waiter had a poor attention to detail and attitude. Our entrees arrived at our table and they weren’t warm, and when we informed our waiter, he got upset. Never o be did he get management to our table. We had to ask our waiter several times to bring glasses of wine. For the amount of money we spent was not worth our time or money. We both agreed we would have received better service and food at Panda Express. I understand that staff and kitchen have off nights, but at least get management to visit our table. The $210.00 anniversary dinner was not worth this amount, and I’m embarrassed to have taken the love of my life to this establishment. Enjoy the money, for we will not return and will notify our friends and family the experience we had!

This place was amazing! They were helpful in guiding me to the entrance since it’s blocked off a bit due to the construction. They have a variety of options on sushi’s that are filling and delicious! My waitress, Annabel, was absolutely amazing and very helpful. It is a hidden joint but I will definitely be back! Y’all should definitely give it a try if you want some good sushi and a good atmosphere.

We really enjoy our visits here from beginning to end. Parking is a breeze with the valet service out front. The restaurant is a decent size, but almost cozy in terms of number of tables. We've always been happy with the service, as well as the taste of the various items on the menu. Both the nigiri and the wide variety of sushi rolls have never let us down.

We had the best time there, it was our first time and I can honestly say that if you're looking for affordable food and good service this is the spot! The food was amazing and the service was great! My wife and I went to Steel after our Wedding and they made it a point to make us feel special. The service was superb and the food absolutely delicious - the Volcano and Tuna Tower are our favorites! Steel was also so kind as to provide us a complimentary dessert in celebration of our big day. One of our staple restaurants - highly recommended!
